House Sponsors File In Hawaii!

House Concurrent Resolution 174 was filed in Hawaii's House of Representatives for the 4th consecutive session since 2016.
 
Exactly one week after a similar event in the state Senate, Hawaii House sponsors filed the Convention of States application Friday, March 8th, marking the fourth straight year both chambers introduced concurrent COS Article V resolutions.
 
This year's list of House sponsors includes eight returning and three new sponsors. A record nine lawmakers chose to introduce the resolution in Hawaii's 30th legislature.
