Convention of States Action President Mark Meckler sat down this week with Dr. James Dobson, Founder and President of Family Talk and the James Dobson Family Institute.
In this two-part series on Dr. Dobson's Family Talk program, they discussed why Article V is so important and how a Convention of States can stop federal encroachment on families across the country.
"But now I think our listeners can see that this is relevant to me," Dr. Dobson said at the conclusion of Part I. "This is my right to worship as I want. This is my right to raise my children as my spouse and I feel it should be done and my right to assemble with others and all of those things are protected in the Constitution. But it is changing and we've got people that are staying in power long after the Founding Fathers thought that they would."
