Texas is looking for a statewide Grassroots Coordinator. The power of the Convention of States movement is its focus on mobilizing the grassroots into a citizen army, and you can have a significant role in building that army!
As the Texas Grassroots Coordinator, you will be on the frontline assisting Texas district teams to recruit, welcome and activate new volunteers.
You will help inspire and motivate the house district team with ideas and activities to achieve the 100 Volunteer goal for each house district. The Grassroots Coordinator will assist the house district team to match volunteer talents with the needs in the district and state.
- Assist District Captains in recruiting new volunteers and district Grassroots Coordinators.
- Assist District Captains in the training of house district Grassroots Coordinators.
- Actively engage district team to reach out to volunteers and encourage a deeper involvement within the organization.
