Last weekend Convention of States Minnesota had another successful table at the Minnesota Weapons Collectors Gun Show at River Centre in downtown St. Paul.
The tireless Jackie Burns and Dan Gumbert gathered more than 100 signatures from enthusiastic show-goers for our COS petition.
One festive Minnesotan, who had been following COS for a while, stopped by and spread some Christmas cheer. We are excited to count him among our brand new petition signers! Won't you be next?
When people understand that COS is about empowering them as citizens, and not about a politician or a political party, they become energized and want to get involved.
Along with all the new petition signers, Jackie and Dan welcomed eight new COS volunteers!
These face-to-face conversations with friends, family, and co-workers are crucial to getting the Convention of States message out of the cloud and into the capitol.
